Although the holiday season has pretty much been and gone, the kids are back to school, and lots of us have probably spent many an evening over the last few hot months in pub gardens over indulging on high calorie food and drink, this month we are also going back to school and would like to show you just how effective those old school, "playground" type bodyweight exercises can be.

We will demonstrate how, in just a short space of time, and with use of no fancy machines, such a workout can raise your metabolism and produce results far better than most modern day, conventional exercise routines!
