Over the past eight months I have loved coming to thirtysevendegrees, I find every time I enter the building I am greeted as if I have won something, all the way from reception girls to the gym team.

The guys on the gym floor have helped me with my progression over the past eight months by designing and progressing my programme with as much detail as possible. The fact that a lot of investment goes into the gym keeps me motivated as everything seems bright and a comfortable place to train in.

Unfortunately I am due to move companies so will be unable to come back to thirtysevendegrees, even though I would love too. I would like to thank all of the staff who have helped me and all the staff that I don’t see that keep everything running.
