2.  Cardio Health and Interval Training

Cardio-vascular health refers to your body’s ability to pump oxygenated blood and nutrients to the working muscles and to take de-oxygenated blood and waste products away from those muscles.  Interval training works by training at a more intense level for shorter periods, with regular rests at a lower intensity than usual.  Read more >>>
 
3.  Immune System and Steady-State CV

The immune system is inexorably linked with exercise – they have an inverse relationship. No exercise has no effect on stress and too much exercise can cause too much stress. Immunity gets poor when stress gets high, so alongside good nutrition and hydration, exercise is an ideal way to keep your immune system on full-tilt.  Read more >>>
