Conrad’s main objective as a Personal Trainer is to work with you in achieving your fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or sport specific, such as improving speed & agility, he believes in building balanced bodies for better living, whilst maintaining and improving flexibility and core strength. Conrad firmly believes that your body tomorrow is a result of the action you take today.
Having worked at 37° since the Club opened Gary is a familiar face that now joins the team as an experienced and energetic Personal Trainer. Gary believes in focused training with proper technique being essential. Whether it is improving general fitness, toning up, reducing body fat, bulking up or increasing strength through a more targeted approach, Gary works with you to achieve your fitness goals.
Jo is a fun, lively and energetic individual who has been passionate about sport and fitness from a very young age. With a solid background in teaching studio classes and dance, Jo is a strong motivator who will work closely with you to reach your goals; through challenging, varied and creative training. Jo believes in taking people outside their boundaries, and feels that a fit, healthy and active life is a happy one.
A Pilates enthusiast, Kelly believes a strong core is essential for a fit, efficient and pain-free body. For general fitness, weight loss and pre and post natal exercise, Kelly’s session are fun but ensure that you see results! Qualified in a wide range of exercise disciplines, training with Kelly is the fast track to achieving your potential.

Michael has a strong passion for sport and fitness and his main objectives as a personal trainer are to ensure you get the maximum out of every session whilst having fun at the same time. Michael is a firm believer in that you get out what you put into a session, ensuring that a client’s goals are achieved, whether that’s muscle gain, strength, weight loss, toning up or simply general body conditioning.

As our specialist swimming coach, Nikolay will assess, correct, and develop your swimming technique, to improve balance and rhythm in the water. Suitable for new and experienced swimmers alike, Nikolay teaches lessons for children, adults, and groups.
With a background in National League hockey, Phil has been working as a personal trainer since graduating with a degree in Sport Science. Phil is highly motivated and totally passionate about helping his clients achieve results, making his sessions enjoyable but also ensuring you get that extra rep in!
We can help you achieve the results you want in half the time. Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes in length and may be purchased as a single session or in blocks of 5,10 or 15.
