Having worked at 37° since the Club opened Gary is a familiar face that now joins the team as an experienced and energetic Personal Trainer. Gary believes in focused training with proper technique being essential. Whether it is improving general fitness, toning up, reducing body fat, bulking up or increasing strength through a more targeted approach, Gary works with you to achieve your fitness goals.
Maths and exercise don’t seem to be natural bedfellows but for Mike it’s simple. You get out what you put in. A philosophy that stands him in good stead to take you under his wing and guide you to be leaner, fitter and stronger. It’s also how he lives his life and he is endlessly searching for new ways to train. e’s often found with his nose in a journal or a fitness magazine, honing ways to get the most for his clients.Being a keen sportsman he truly understands the need to maintain strong bones and healthy joints.
