Kettlebell Workout
The Kettlebell, or Girya to give it its Russian name, is a cast iron weight that looks a bit like a cannonball with a handle.
Developed by the Russian Military for their fitness programme, exercisers will improve strength, power, speed, endurance, posture and flexibility. An accomplished Kettlebell user can burn as many calories in ten minutes as you would running for 45 minutes on a treadmill.

TRX Suspension System
The TRX system uses your body weight to create resistance which means you are completely in charge of how difficult each exercise is. The fact that you have to control your body weight means that TRX builds superior muscular balance, joint stability, mobility, and core strength helping you perform better in any sport. It also improves posture and prevents injuries.

Xpress Workout System
There will be days when your time available to spend in the gym will be short and the Xpress Workout System has been designed to combat that time pressure.
In just under 22 minutes you will get a full body work out with all the major muscle groups covered using the following exercises:
- Leg Press
- Leg Extension
- Seated Leg Curl
- Lat Pull Down
- Overhead Press
- Vertical Chest
- Bicep Curl
- Triceps Extension
One of the fitness team will set you up with the correct technique, weights level and number of reps to get you started. There are progressions in term of weight, reps and even pattern of reps to stop you getting bored with this quick work out.
